These terms are the agreement between you and Power Prompts Lab ("we", "us") for using our website and lessons. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. They are written in plain language on purpose — if anything is unclear, email us at hello@powerpromptslab.com and we will gladly explain before you commit to anything.

Power Prompts Lab is an online learning service that teaches practical AI skills through short lessons you read, practise and check with a quick quiz. It is built especially for adults who are newer to this kind of technology and want to learn at their own pace. We regularly improve and update the lessons, and we plan to add more modules over time — so the exact content may change and grow as we go.

To keep things running smoothly, we ask that you:

• Are at least 18 years old — the service is made for adults.
• Give us accurate details when you sign up, and keep your email address up to date so we can reach you.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Your account is personal, please don't share it or let others use it.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into your account, and we will help you secure it.

Access to lessons requires a paid plan. We keep pricing simple:

• A subscription (billed monthly or yearly) that renews automatically until you cancel.
• A one-time lifetime purchase, with no renewals ever.

Payments are handled by a leading, secure payment provider — your card number never touches our systems. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page; you will keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again. Your plan gives you personal access to the lessons. A few things are not allowed:

• Copying, republishing or reselling our lessons or any part of them.
• Sharing your account so others can use the service without paying.
• Using the service for anything unlawful.
• Trying to break, overload or work around the security of the service.

If an account seriously or repeatedly breaks these rules, we may suspend or close it. We will always be reasonable, and where appropriate we will warn you first.

The lessons, text, images, design and name "Power Prompts Lab" are our property and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your plan gives you a personal licence to read and use the lessons for your own learning — it does not transfer ownership of any content to you. Anything you type into the practice and reflection boxes stays yours.

Our lessons teach you how to use AI tools made by other companies, such as ChatGPT. Those tools have their own terms, prices and privacy policies, and we are not affiliated with or responsible for them. When a lesson suggests trying something in an outside tool, you use that tool under its own rules — we recommend a quick look at its terms if you are unsure.

Power Prompts Lab is an educational service. Our lessons do not provide financial, legal, medical or other professional advice, and they should not be relied on as such. AI tools can also sometimes get things wrong. Please double-check anything important with a qualified professional before you act on it.

We work hard to keep the service available, accurate and helpful, but no online service can promise to be perfect or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for indirect losses — for example, decisions you make based on lesson content or on an AI tool's output. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be limited by agreement.

You can stop using Power Prompts Lab whenever you like — cancel your subscription from your account page, or email us at hello@powerpromptslab.com to close your account entirely. If we ever need to withdraw the service or close your account for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we will give you fair notice and a fair refund for anything you have paid for but not received.

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. For any significant change, we will let you know by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, that means you accept the updated terms.
